Back to homeWhat to send.
You don't need the technical terms. Just describe what you're seeing or what you'd like to do.
Your location
Your town or the location of the project, so Britt can check the service area.
The work you have in mind
What's happening, what you're adding, or what you'd like to change. Include any timing you're working toward.
A photo, if it's helpful
A photo of the space or an equipment label can help explain the job. Only take photos from somewhere you can safely access.
A few good questions.
Do I need to know exactly what's wrong?
No. Explain the symptoms in your own words, including when you first noticed them and whether anything has changed recently. You don't need to diagnose the problem yourself.
What happens after I get in touch?
Your form request is sent to Britt by email. The form shows an on-screen confirmation when the request is accepted for sending; it does not send you an automatic email. Britt can discuss the project with you, ask for any details needed, and explain the next step. A request starts the conversation; scheduling is arranged directly.
Can I send photos with my request?
The form does not accept photo uploads. You can attach photos in a text message or email instead; include your name and project details so Britt can connect them with your request. An overview of the space and visible equipment details are often useful. Please keep panel covers closed and stay clear of exposed wiring.
Do you work in my area?
The main service area is Buncombe and Henderson counties. Some projects in parts of Haywood, Madison, and Yancey counties may fit the schedule. See the service area or send your location to ask.
